How source-backed stories are reviewed before publication.

Reality Fracture can track volatile claims and public-shock stories, but the publication gate is designed to keep attention separate from proof. Review decides what is safe to read publicly, not what is ultimately true.

Publication gate

Attention is not proof.

A country, case, or story can be active because people are reacting to it, institutions are responding, or sources are converging. That does not mean the underlying claim is established.

Visible source trail

A public read needs source URLs, publisher identity, dates, and enough context for a reader to inspect why the item appears.

Support posture

Source support is read separately from attention. Discovery feeds can surface activity, but they do not make a claim well-supported by themselves.

Country relevance

The story must clearly connect to the country profile through source metadata, named locations, official scope, or involved institutions.

What review does not mean

No verdict, no endorsement, no truth score.

Review does not say a claim is true. It says the item has enough visible source structure to be inspected without hiding uncertainty.

Attention and support stay separate: public attention can explain why something is watched, while source support explains what can actually be inspected.

Official response, mainstream coverage, amplifier attention, fact-checking, and source-backed records are different evidence lanes. The UI should not collapse them into a single certainty score.

Sensitive criminal, victim-related, or identity-linked narratives need stronger source posture and safer framing before public promotion.

Candidate

Captured source activity that is kept internal until it becomes specific enough, country-relevant enough, and source-shaped enough to review.

Review

Potentially important material that still needs stronger source shape, clearer country fit, contradiction checks, or safer wording before becoming a public lead.

Public read

Readable public stories with named sources, country relevance, and a clear distinction between what happened, what is claimed, and what remains unresolved.

Published signal

A future analyst-reviewed object promoted from public-readable source context, with corrections, timeline changes, and source posture maintained.

Internal material

What stays out of public pages

Discovery-only clusters without source support.
Broad search noise that only mentions a country in passing.
Sensitive allegations without primary records, official response, court material, or credible corroboration.

Corrections

Review is reversible.

Public reads can be revised, weakened, corrected, or removed when source posture changes. New primary records, credible corrections, court outcomes, official statements, and fact-checks should change the read.
